Trusting in your Realtor's online resources

I promise this is trueI'd bet that almost 90% of the active and full time real estate agents have an online system their clients can use to search for homes and real estate which is for sale.

I'd also bet that those systems are tied directly to the multiple listing service for their specific areas of real estate business coverage.

Your Realtor should also be able to send you the real estate listings, fitting your criteria, at the moment they hit the market for sale.

In fact, they will send you the listings at the first moment other agents receive them!

If you find an online resource for searching the foreclosures, if it's not a scam, I know your real estate agent will be able to provide it for you.

If you want to get what your home is worth, I know for a fact, your agent can do it better than any online system of value and you won't get your personal and private information sold in the process.

If your agent cannot help nor provide the resources for you that you are finding online - then it's time to find another agent.

However, ask them, you will be able to do better for yourself and your online real estate activities!

I promise - Connor with HONOR MacIvor!

Great post Connor.  I am surprised at how many buyers though (100% in my experience) will ignore a direct portal to the MLS and instead would rather use Zillow, Redfin or Realtor.com FULLY KNOWING that those sites are not 100% accurate.

Lots of IDXs have collabroative features for agents and buyers to work together finding homes, but they'd rather do it themselves.

Connor the information obtained form Realtors is far more trust worthy than online service, and Buyers and Sellers should take advantage of the information local Realtors are able to provide them with.
