I am soooooo frustrated with my website company. Each year I try to improve my website in the slow times around Christmas. My website ranks high, but it can be improved. Sadly when I approach the website company and even the owner I am always told "IT CAN'T BE DONE".
The problem isn't money. I'm willing to pay. It is about simple customer service and management taking the steps to help you. I probably know as much about SEO and what it takes for a site to rank, but they treat me as if I am stupid.
Two years ago I asked if they could incorporate a blog the have inside the site so it would show up on the first page. They said it couldn't be done. Then this year I asked if the could make the landing contact boxes so that I could incorporate them on any page. A simple thing, but again it can't be done. It is a template site where you do all the work and writing. Unfortunately this company is not keeping with the times. I think it may be time to switch companies. What do you think?
