Be Open to Change

“It’s not that some people have willpower and some

don’t. It’s that some people are ready to change

and other not.”

James Gordon, Holistic Doctor

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Be open to change

Change happens with . . . . or without your consent.

The question becomes will you . . . . be open for change when it comes into your life.

Prepare for change . . . .  be ready for change . . . . Embrace change  . . . . and grasp the opportunities  that change bring with it.

Here’s the question . . . . Will you take advantage of the change . . . . and maximize the opportunities that change has to offers . . . . Or will you resist change . . . . and lose the opportunities that the change offers?

Successful people see change as an opportunity to start a new with renewed energy . . . . and will embrace change to create a strategic business advantage.

Be ready and be open to change . . . . and your opportunities will multiply.

I like change when I bring it on, but I don't like it when it happens to me. So I've learned to adapt.

Lou - change is always hard.  In an hour and a half I will resume interviewing people at a school administration on how people handle change.  On a scale of one to ten I am getting an average of five.
