Speedy Fudge - My Mom's Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 (7 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolates
  • 1 1/3 cups (15 oz. can) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cups chopped nuts

 

Directions

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Add condensed milk and stir until well blended. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into pan which has been buttered. Chill for a few hours, then cut into squares. Makes about 2 pounds.

Just two pounds? That is a snack where fudge is concerned. Ok, maybe two snacks if I show restraint. BTW, it’s better without the nuts.
