Now I'm PO'ed

I finally heard from the billing manager in my Dr.'s office. I was billed $185.00 for being summoned to sign a release form at the last moment before a last minute surgery piggy backed on another. "You don't need to examined for an office visit, it could be a Dr. contemplation." I am really PO'ed now. I guess they really need the money, and since I do too, they have now unlocked my tiger. If it war they want, it is war they have. It is truly unbelievable. Just one more question to add to any list when seeing a Dr. Will I be billed for your calls too?

That is so wrong, I would find a different doctor if my current one charged me to go into their office just to sign a piece of paper and I didn't even get to visit with them.
