Happy Friday!

I hope you are having just a lovely Friday and a fantastic holiday season.   Are you ready for the big day??? According to my handy dandy screen saver we have 6 days / 17 hours / 01 minutes / 30 seconds until the big day! Yep Jolly Old Saint Nick himself will be arriving before you know it… ready or not here he comes!!

And I am happy to say that I am mostly ready! Still the last minute foods to be bought or prepped, but beyond that the only thing left for me is to wrap. And as of yesterday all my packages have arrived so I can now commence with the paper and bows! I was certainly the queen of on-line shopping this year. Nothing like filling my Christmas mug with fresh brewed coffee (thanks to my husband keeping our cabinet full of freshly roasted beans!), putting a Christmas cookie or two on a plate, wrapping up in my favorite M’s blanket and settling in to my favorite chair (the one with the foot-warmer next to it – also thanks to my hubby!), firing off the Christmas tunes and shopping to my heart’s content. All while sporting my favorite PJ’s of course!!! :) :) :)

And since next Friday is Christmas and the one after that is New Year’s I will be MIA for two weeks – spending time with my family and friends. I hope that you have a very Merry Christmas and that Santa arrives with lots of presents in his bag all for you… My motto at Christmas is “quality AND quantity”!!! Enjoy all the season has to offer and I will see you in 2016!
