Country  Place West, just west of Carrollwood Village, is a community of approximately 675 homes constructed between 1981 and 1987. The homes vary in size from 1200 square feet to 1900 square feet.

Located west of Carrollwood Village, with easy access to Veterans Expressway, Dale Maybry and Interstate 275, Country Place West have proven extremely attractive for those working downtown Tampa.
