One Year Ago

One year ago the Winter was about to become horrible in Chicago land, it hit at the end of December. There was many cold days and quite a bit of snow. This year is so different so far, today it is in the 50's. I needed to take a look back and remind myself how nice it is now. Here is a shot I took last February when it was frigid at Evanston's South Blvd Beach. How will the temps end up this Winter?

Noah, As I know Chic town weather is difficult at best to predict. Winter is usually a tough weather season. Good luck..

Noah we have been enjoying the warm weather here in CT as well.  I am not looking forward to the cold frigid and snowy weather that is sure to come.

Noah- it's hard to believe how warm it is.  The retailers are having a tough time selling their winter coats and sweaters.

That is a great picture, Noah. Thanks for sharing it. I hope you don't get the extreme cold this year. So far we have been pretty lucky with the temps. Only a few nights of single digit temps.

Beautiful pic Noah.  Darn it sure sends a shiver of cold up the back even inside with the heater on.  Glad you are enjoying warmer temps this year.  mark

Noah, it looks like we will not be having a white Christmas, and that is okay with me.

Good morning Noah. It looks as if we are going to have a very mild winter. Makes me wonder what's going to be up for summer.

Good morning Noah. The weather this December has been pretty amazing and will continue for a while longer, but I still know what will come.

Noah, I got chills just looking at your photo, beautiful but, I'd take the 50's you have over that. I'm crossing my fingers we don't get as much snow this year.

Beautiful photo Noah Seidenberg I just commented on Jennifer Fivelsdal post where she has been enjoying the calm mother nature. Global warming sucks, we rarely have ice or snow anymore in Central Texas.

That certainly is an amazing scene and I love looking at it, but it looks too cold for me to be outside in it, haha.
