Good morning, Joe... isn't it a great feeling when someone who thought they couldn't be a home owner gets the news that it is possible. (Unfortunately, I've been in situations where I and my lender have had to deliver just the opposite news and I can attest it's much better to deliver the good news.)

This is a great story. So many renters would like to buy a home but feel it's out of reach for them. Many times they qualify but haven't taken the steps to talk to a professional and get the advice they need.
