December 2015 Delta CO Foreclosure Real Estate Market Report
There are no real surprises to report. The foreclosure, bank owned, REO real estate market is holding fairly steady to what it was a few months ago. Here's a look at my last report. This segment of the market is shrinking, but there is still time to take advantage of a foreclosure deal.
Here's a look at the current inventory:
- There are eleven active listings. There are four listings under contract.
- Prices range from $71,200 to $309,900.
- The average listed price is $138,129.
- The median listed price is $136,000.
- There are two new construction listings. These are a great opportunity in a wonderful location.
- The inventory does change. Please call me for more information.
If you are an investor buyer or a buyer looking for a place to call home, don't hesitate. You should start your search now. The foreclosure inventory makes up only 8% of residential sales. That's because the number of foreclosed listings has really dropped over the last year. The fixer upper inventory has dropped to next to nothing, and there is a lot of competition for those homes that are move in ready.
