Manassas, VA Garage Townhouse -- Sold Just in Time For Christmas
In mid-October, I was contacted by a first time buyer looking for a townhouse in Bristow, VA. We went 
out only a couple of times before he found the townhouse pictured, located in Manassas, VA for $290,000. My buyer had come to the quick realization that while he could afford Bristow, VA townhouses, he couldn't find a good sized one below $300,000 with a garage.
This one had been on the market for a 158 days when he decided to make an offer on October 19th. The same day the offer was made, an agreement was struck between my buyer and the sellers.
The home inspection revealed very little of concern, especially considering the buyer was surrounded by family members that renovated homes for a living. His uncle actually made a comment about one issue that If he had his ladder and tools, he would take care of it right then and there at the inspection. So it was no surprise when my buyer asked for no repairs.
It seemed a long wait for settlement, but on December 16th (2015,) this townhouse located in the Townes at Compton Farms, sold for $287,000. ALL of my buyers closing costs were covered, to include one entire year of HOA payments. Best of all, he will be in his new home before Christmas. What a special holiday for him!
