A little paint and elbow grease and this one will be as good as new. Then add to that new windows, floors and roof and this could be your dream house. Quiet rural location a quick 2-hour commute to downtown DC. Large wooded lot with neighbors who will keep the grass short for you.

Bob, the building is a falling down house on part of a farm that a friend owns. It's my silly post of the week. No Open Houses this weekend - at least not here!
Troy, there is a barn on the property for the critters, but it is in really great shape. The cows and sheep have luxury space.

Somehow, I don't believe it will qualify for a FHA loan, Patricia! Perhaps the owner will carry back!
