Some agents do that - just want to get over with it! Leave and hand over the keys to someone if around.

And specially when the buyers have disliked the property. 'Who cares now?' is the attitude from a few.

People just take it for granted - the person waiting at the door is another agent. May be true most of the times but what if they are not?

Now if I know the agent and have done business with him/her, possibly, yes.

I remember it created a big issue when I did not allow someone else to show the home at the same time as I was showing.
