Something to Cheer About

"The recovery has been a long process and we still have a ways to go, but, a sustained recovery, over time, is better than these severe ups & downs we have experienced."

Original content by Doug Dawes 92593-B

Since 2006 we have experienced a Real Estate Market that has been less than smooth. That being said, the market has been making steady strides back to full recovery. During the last 9 or 10-years we have seen countless people lose their homes through the short sale process or even worse, foreclosure. One form of low inventory we should cheer about is the continued drop in foreclosure inventory. The graphic information source, shown below, came through CoreLogic.

I think this is good news. The recovery has been a long process and we still have a ways to go, but, a sustained recovery, over time, is better than these severe ups & downs we have experienced.

I pray that God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ will be kind to you and bless you with peace

Good morning Roy. A interesting post that you chose to re-blog. The numbers are not very good in any of the states I do business. Fortunately, it has not slowed down my business.

Accompanying this is the news that people are still not spending the way they use to, Roy Kelley ... and that credit card/small debt remains lower than prior to the downturn.  Hand in hand, those two things sure have an impact ...

There are four chances of snow to give Marylanders some travel headaches heading into New Year's Eve weekend. Snow could fall on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Saturday night, says the National Weather Service. There remains a large amount of uncertainty in the forecast, so the NWS is currently pegging the odds of snow at 20 to 30 percent for those days.
