There's a general pride of ownership in this neighborhood. The yards are well kept with easy access to Andrew's Park, West River Park, and a short distance to the Mississippi River. Many of the resident's of Anderson's Estates are lucky enough to have either pond views or heavily wooded areas for extra privacy. Champlin also offers family friendly atmosphere's at Cullen's Ice Cream shop, the little library locations for book exchanges, many families owned business as well as the popular chain stores such as Target, Cub Foods, Caribou, Starbuck's and more. When it comes to fitness and fun you don't have to look outside of Champlin, the Champlin movie Theater runs a handful of popular movies for residents to enjoy, Twin Cities Twister's is a great gymnastics facility where many have received scholarships.
