Anderson Estates is a community within the city limits of Champlin Minnesota. The development can be accessed off of West River road (Noble Parkway). Anderson Estates has a varied of home styles,

There's a general pride of ownership in this neighborhood. The yards are well kept with easy access to Andrew's Park, West River Park, and a short distance to the Mississippi River. Many of the resident's of Anderson's Estates are lucky enough to have either pond views or heavily wooded areas for extra privacy. This neighborhood is a great location for resident's that prefer to live in the suburbs and want to work in the city, the local bus station is only a block or so away making your work commute an easier task. Champlin is said to be a close-knit community with neighbors ready and willing to lend a helping hand. The City of Champlin is great with offering activities for families at little to no cost. Andrews Park is just a short distance from Anderson Estates and offers a free splash pad for the community to enjoy.
The city of Champlin also sponsors movie in the park, art in the park, an annual community garage sale and Father Hennepin Days, just to name a few activities. Champlin also offers family friendly atmosphere's at Cullen's Ice Cream shop, the little library locations for book exchanges, many families owned business as well as the popular chain stores such as Target, Cub Foods, Caribou, Starbuck's and more. When it comes to fitness and fun you don't have to look outside of Champlin, the Champlin movie Theater runs a handful of popular movies for residents to enjoy, Twin Cities Twister's is a great gymnastics facility where many have received scholarships.
