Real Estate E-Media

HOW, WHAT and WHEN do we deliver electronic information to real estate clients?

HOW?  How do people want to receive their information?  Blogs are the new rage, but there are always e-newsletters and e-flyers.  it seems to me that with spam filters and the outrageous volume of e-mails that people receive these forms can be more of a nuisance than help.  From my humble observations webinars and video seem to be the wave of the future.

WHAT?  What information is needed?  Data is pinging here and there all over the web.  Let's focus on what is necessary rather than superfluous.  Personally, I don't want to add to the dearth of ego-driven dribble.  It is not about me(or is it?), it is about my clients.  So, what do they want/need to hear? Agent websites must provide valuable information, otherwise, they are just a wasted step for consumers.  Likewise, do buyers use individual property websites?

WHEN?  How often do people want me to provide flyers/newsletters/blog entries/new website content?  Too much is irritating, not enough is inconsistent.

Orange County residents are tech-savvy and sophisticated, thus they understand the value and the vacuum of electronic media.  My job as an Orange County Realtor is to provide professional services.  I must solve a problem in order to provide value.  So, what is the PROBLEM?
