Well, I am getting geared up to switch companies. I am really excited. I just met one of the best Realtors I have met on this island so far. Motivated and motivating. Professional and kind. Talks about Real Estate and not his problems. Believes and works with the same brand of real estate as I do, Mike Ferry. He appreciates my skill and has offered me a great deal. Now I need to get my current broker to release my listings, sign my forms as she promised and move ahead. I have decided to go with the best company on the island, heck, it's one of the best WORLDWIDE. I researched them first and after meeting with the man in charge I feel welcome already. I feel so encouraged and excited about what lies ahead. I am great at what I do, I deserve to work with the greats. Forget about local exposure, I will really be able to offer my clients the world.

Yeah, I have thought she may not keep her word. But, we will see. Hopefully there wont be a problem. I will report again on Thursday how things went down. I would not want to have to report anything negative in this public forum.

Well good news. Just depends on your contract and your broker and your clients. You can't force someone to sell their homes nor can you break the contract with the broker. Just depends on how you handle and approach all parties.

I spoke with her again this morning and told her I was getting the forms together for her to sign and i have set up an appointment to over my exit. Still seems to be OK.

Thanks, Micheal. I am printing letters right now. Was supposed to take care of the transfer yesterday but I had to open an esrow for a customer first. Doing the right thing for the buyer.
