Foreign buyers have always been interested in American real estate, and Florida is no exception. In fact, Florida is one of the top areas of interest for many international home buyers.
The National Association of REALTORS® recently released its report that profiles international home buyers, covering a 12-month period that ended in June 2015. When it comes to residential sales, foreign buyers made up 12 percent of Florida’s residential unit sales. This consisted of condominiums, townhomes and single family properties from Weston luxury homes and homes for sale in Coral Gables to Orlando luxury homes and others.
