Hi Bart,

You're absolutely right, you definitely want an autoresponder attached to your website.  Then once you capture that email address, place it into a drip email marketing campaign in order to continually keep in touch with your contact database.  And most importantly, make sure you have good content in your campaign so that your contacts will want to open your emails and possibly respond or forward them onto their friends.

Some good campaigns out there are:  iContact, Constant Contact, Aweber, iMarket Reach...just to name a few.  If you don't have a campaign started yet, check out what's on the market to fit your budget as well as your needs.
