There's a 321 Ocean Drive penthouse on the market asking a record breaking $53 million, at a eye-popping $7,794 per square foot. The owners, Boris and Elizabeth Jordan, purchased the ninth-floor unit six months ago for $20 million and are now seeking a $33 million profit "after seeing other Miami penthouses fetch big-ticket prices," according to the Wall Street Journal.
