Overall this year real estate sales have been slow in Northridge Subdivision. That's mainly due to the lack of inventory. There haven't been that many properties on the market in this neighborhood over the last year.
Here's a look at the current inventory and sales to date for this year:

- There are no pending sales.
- So far this year three homes have sold.
- The average sold price is $328,333.
- The median sold price is $299,000.
- The two listed homes are larger. One is over 2300 square feet and the other is just over 4100 feet.

The subdivision is just north of Cedaredge, so you get that country feel and great mountain and valley views, and you're only minutes to town. Most of the lots are fairly wooded with a few that are wide open. The subdivision offers a wide variety of home styles and sizes. Some of the homes have a creek running through the property. The convenient location and views make people want to stay. Northridge is a great place to call home.
