College Station, Texas home of Texas A and M was recently noted as the Number 2 best college town or city to live in out of 326 American college towns and cities by Forbes ! Ann Arbor Michigan was first. Criteria for choosing included quality of education, financial, crime rates, jobs, cost of purchases and more. I am not surprised . College Station and its sister city Bryan, offer the best of both worlds. Small Town living atmosphere with larger urban city amenities. Investors are catching on. There is a construction boom like never before. Aggie sports is a huge draw along with unrivaled facilities for them to be held in. The arts are growing. Super mediacal facilities abound and Blinn College is building even anoother major camous in sister city Bryan...the list goes on and on.
