Selling Your Home: All You Need To Know

I like the part of your post regarding giving buyers privacy.  It baffles me when the seller hovers during a showing.   Having said that I don't think anyone could get them to leave.

Motivation indeed is the key to selling a home. An unrealistic pricing will not help the seller and the listing agent sell the home.

Pre-listing inspections are becoming a more popular action to take for homeowners her in my market. I always suggest them but more and more individuals are actually getting them done. 

That is what I look for in a seller, real motivation. It takes cooperation on both sides to get the job done.
