Maximum Listing Price $599,000 and Selling Price $890,000 with 2 bedrooms, 1 baths, 846sq ft home, 23,707 sq ft lot, and 181days on market.
Average Listing Price $395,110 Selling Price $406,607 with 3 bedrooms, 1.90 baths, 1,393 sq ft home, 8,972 sq ft lot and 49 days on market.
24 sales were in the price range of 300K to 400K, 13 sales on the 400K to 500K range. From all the sales 2 were homes on probate, 4 were homes on short sale, and 2 were hud homes aka foreclosed homes.
