The "L" word--how hard is it for you to express?
This is a season filled with love.
Right?
All you need is love...John Lennon had it right. So simple. Yet, we can make it extremely difficult to share and to receive. Darwin who was really considered a survival-of-the-fittest type of proponent in his famous book" The Origin of Species" actually mentions the word LOVE 95 times in his book and "survival of the fittest" a mere two times.
This is the main source that connects all of us, living on this planet. According to HeartMath Institute's researcher, Rollin McCraty , "the heart is the boss of us". The heart is the first system to know intuitive information about 3-5 seconds before an event.
So you may feel love before your head even figures it out!
We as humans are not naturally born with a war gene, or the need for competition. Instead it is in our nature to cooperate...as it is in all of nature. The next time you feel that to say the word love would be difficult, then show it instead of saying it. Love comes in many forms. A hug, a helpful hand, or maybe just quoting John Lennon.
Love is all any of us need.
