      There is the right way to do something, the wrong way and then . . . there are the ways that some folks here in Tennessee do things. I know, some folks across the country berate Tennesseans as being “One of those Redneck States” but with the steady influx of "Feriners", 'Good 'ol Boys' are hard to find. Well, I’m here to tell you that rednecks are alive and well in this State. Just goes to show you what one can accomplish with pack of Lucky Strikes, a half a case of beer, some Yankee ingenuity, an old extension cord and duct tape. What can I say? The mind is a terrible thing to waste . . .

;-}

It is a GREAT day at Complete Home Inspections!

I don't think I would blame this on the redneck mentality, Michael.  I've seen these types of "fixes" all over the country.

Gabe Sanders said it all, Michael. It's not only the rednecks who do this kind of thing. The non-rednecks might just use a different brand than Lucky Strikes.

Good morning Michael.  Interesting I have followed several in your profession and I've seen photos like this before.  I agree with Gabe Sanders .  The use for duct tape is universal.  Otherwise what is the issue here???  LOL

Michael-I am smiling at the cigarettes and beer thing because I remember many a time in NY when I lived there that was all they wanted to lend a hand. Now that fix it job looks like they had too many beers.

Yikes that looks dangerous and though I don't see that kind of thing typically I know it exists. I have seen it in many REO properties.

That is too funny, Michael. Duct tape really does have many uses. LOL.

Michael,  Duct tape. Electrical tape. Like Debbie Laity says ... it does have many uses.  I believe these creative thinking, Lucky Strike packing individuals may be found across the globe ... not just in TN.
