I do not know who started this or when they first named December 31 as ' National Make Up Your Mind Day ' . I just read it in the carrier Pigeon , a monthly free magazine that I receive. Check out www.theuptightsuburbanite.com. It is interesting to see that they have something for each day of the month of December . I've made up my mind...well my husband and I have... we have decided to stay in tonight and have a nice meal at home with some champagne and bring in the new year quietly.
