Celebrating 40 years in the U.S. Landed in Chicago in December 1975 as a new immigrant .... not Ellis Island ! :) Then settled down in Southern California for the first 10+ years and joined the Mattel Toy Company – International Division who sponsored me into an executive MBA program & I ended up with a fantastic 10 year career there & traveled the world on their behalf – worked hard & got rewarded with promotions & unlimited opportunities. Moved to the New York area in 1986 & built on my career in the international toy industry till start of 2005. America gave me unlimited opportunity in my 29 years in the toy industry & I enjoyed it all immensely & felt very lucky in my new country.
I finally started my 2nd career as a real estate broker on Boston’s South Shore & on Cape Cod in 2005 & coming up on 11 years in that industry, I have enjoyed much success & satisfaction & so happy that the last 8+ years has been with the area’s No.1 real estate company SUCCESS Real Estate! – a wonderful company to work with.
Bottom line, celebrating 40 years here in the U.S. this December is simply awesome & I will be here till I die & my ashes are scattered on Dublin Bay. Thank you America!!
