I'm Sooo Tired!
Real Estate Blog Post Motivation
It's Monday, December 28th! I am back in the office. I'm looking for some real estate blog motivation!
Last week wore me to the bones. First a 20 hour round-trip drive to western Minnesota for my Uncle's funeral Monday, Tuesday and Wed. Then shop, clean, wrap and prep for company Thursday and Friday. Then start over for a FABULOUS all-day get together with my best friend and her family back from Charlotte for a Christmas visit. Then Sunday off to the in-laws for the day.
Sorry, Baby Jesus, but you wore me out big time!
The office actually looks like a vacation today!! The bad part is that I can't just sit here! I have lots to do! I am expected to get back to work! BIG SIGH! Oh Well!
I think there are a few times of the year when everyone gets the "getting back to work" doldrums. The holidays can really kick my behind and this year have left me bony! But excited because since we had guests, the office is spotless! It's clean and full of potential in every way!
I am excited to write my first blog today because I wanted to remind you that your clients really never go "on vacation" from you. You may think they are on holiday during this time of year, but they typically have some spare time and if you have something worthy to share, they may just find it and read it.
Here are 5 Real Estate Blog Topics for Right Now:
- Why you should sell in Winter
- What you need to prepare to sell in Winter
- Current off-season Market
- Interest Rates and Buying or Selling in Winter
- Contractors Need Work in Winter...Get a Deal!
Not to pat myself on the back too hard, but I'm feeling this was a great post considering how tired I am!
Want more topics? Use Google. Inman always has great topics. REALTOR.com can usually come up with one or two good ones too!
This is "just" the beginning. Think about what it is that is holding your buyers and sellers back and then write your Real Estate Blog around that subject.
Spread your topics over a longer period of time on your Real Estate Blog to get more mileage from the topic.
Speaking of more mileage...break the topic into two posts. Create a follow up real estate blog post to lengthen the mileage or add additional information. Don't forget to refer to the first part of the post so folks go back and re-read your info.
We have so much GREAT information floating around in our heads and forget that that same information may just be helpful to someone reading your real estate blog.
On another note, I hope you all had a safe wonderful Christmas and holiday! Let's get back on that computer and type into a profitable New Year!
REMEMBER OUR MOTTO:
"If it doesn't make you money, you should be delegating it!"
