A total of 16 homes sold in The Pinehills in November 2015. 11 of the homes were single family and 5 were condominium townhomes.

7 of the properties sold were newly constructed, and 9 were previously owned.  Only 10 of the homes sold were listed on Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  If you are searching for a home in this community on-line, you might NOT be getting an accurate view of  homes for sale in Pinehills.

The most expensive home sold within Pinehills this month was a newly constructed condominium townhome in Seton Highlands. The home sold for $665,421.

The lowest priced home was a townhome in Winslowe's View. That home sold for $327,500.

Average selling price within the community for this month was $496,215.

Following is a chart showing sales activity year to date for 2015. You can see that sales volume remains pretty consistent throughout the year with average monthly sales being around 15. Much of the consistency can be attributed to the delivery of new construction homes within the community.
