Starting the New Year with a closing! A new home for a horse & family!

I have been working with a wonderful family who have been wanting to buy a small equestrian homestead.

We found it, have done the homework, and today we are scheduled to close.

While I’m pleased to be starting the New Year with a closing this is more about why we are in this business.

The immense satisfaction of seeing a family and a horse get a new home that they will make into a special place.

I hope to be able to do this for many more families and horses.
