New Habits for a New Year

“Look forward to the New Year . . . . Start the year with

new habits that will contribute to a new and

productive year. Leaving the old and

unproductive habits behind you.”

Lou Ludwig, Sales and Management Consultant,

Success Coach, Speaker, Trainer and Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

New habits for a new year

As you get ready to ring in a new year . . . . it time to reflect back at your outgoing year. Leave your baggage . . . .and old habits behind you before the hour strikes midnight.

Look forward to a New Year . . . . and plan for productive year. Develop the new habits to create a successful year.  Leave the old unproductive habits . . . .of the past behind you.

Forming new productive habits is the foundation . . . . of creating a successful year.

Lou excellent advice. Out with the habits that didn't create what we wanted....in with new habits that will create what we want.  Happy New Year!

Recognizing bad habits is the first step. Breaking them may take more than good intentions, it may take professional help. Conquering those habits are always going to take time. It took me about 20 years to quit smoking once I decided to quit. One needs to realize that a momentary lapse is not a failure. Keep trying and get help when needed, and go on with a positive attitude that you are going to replace the old habit with a good habit.
