BNI is great, any networking but the group I was in was a little sad, it has gotten so watered down in my area.  Too many groups.

Hi Darryl, you can look them up online, just search for BNI, put in your area and you can apply like that or makes some phone calls to the phone numbers on there website.  They even have some information on starting your own.

Welcome to ActiveRain.

Darryl: Lorinda is right. I did the same and found a chapter in my area. The first time you visit the meal is on the chapter. The second is on you. Membership is not automatic; you must have two referrals and must be selected by the chapter to join. Also, you must be unique to the group.

Good luck and let's us know how it works out for you.
