Amelia, this is a wonderful infographic. Explains the benefits of working with a Buyer's agent in terms almost anyone can understand. (you know there will always be that one person who just doesn't get it 
)
it surprises me how many people don't understand exactly what a realtor can (and should) be doing for them.
