A new year? Really?

By

I like this time of year. Especially this year. We have had temps in the 70's most of December when it is normally in the low 50's. With all this warm weather came a bunch of rain as well, it just doesn't seem like December 31, 2015 to me.

Maybe its because I started my new year last month. When you think about it, real estate runs about 30 - 45 days in the future. We may put a home under contract today, but the closing is still a ways off. So, in actuality, I am working on things today that will come to fruition in February.

They say we should live in the moment and not rush time. In real estate we don't have much choice. So, seeing as I am looking at February already, Happy Valentines Day!

Interesting blog.  I come to the same conclusion around 11/15, that I am actually working on 2016 numbers.

Have a great 2016!

The El Niño has been sweeping through Arizona bringing lots of rain this Winter so far and very cold temperatures in the high 50's. We're normally in the high 60's to low 70's this time of year.
