Don't Buy A Gym Membership In January

Real Estate Agent SL3287291

There are many reasons I suggest that you Don't Buy A Gym Membership In January.

If you want to make Big money buy a Health Gym in December and sell it in February. After a holiday season of parties with great food and drink, the weight gained begins to show.

With New Years Eve past and then recovery from a hang over, Guilt sets in. It is time to make changes and turn life around. So everyone goes out and gets a gym membership because that is the thing to do.

For those serious about being healthy and work out regularly at the gym, January is a tough time because there are so many people crowding in to get a good start to the year. But just be patient until February, there will be plenty of room in the gym. Why?

All the people who made New Year resolution to get fit had a picture in their mind of how they would look in just a few short days of working out at the gym:

But after sweating and groaning through several work outs and then the soreness sets in, they look in the mirror and do not see the results they wanted. So it's good by gym until next year when I forget why I quit this year and start all over again.

In our business we must guard about falling into the same trap. I hear so many all excited about the new year and they see themselves as successful and rich. That is January. But in February they don't see the results of their best laid plans and revert to the way it was last year.

Success takes Planning

Success takes Effort

Success takes Perseverance

Success takes Consistency

Success takes Time

Determine that for 2016 you will get as much Education as you can.

Write down your Goals and Track them.

Give your plan Time and Effort.

2016 has just started and it really is up to YOU how it will end.

So, I suggest you Don't Buy A Gym Membership In January.

Use the whole year to reach SUCCESS!!

Have a Happy and Successful 2016.

Health is a twelve month long commitment. The gyms definitely are a lot quiter in February once the newness wears off.

Lisa Friedman you are right on target. Health is not a 1 month trial, it should be for a lifetime.

Thanks for the comments.

I can see why January is not the time to get a membership.  I think it has to do with New Years resoutions, that only last through January.

Larry Johnston you are right. People get so motivated to start the year off great but the motivation quickly passes and they fall back into the old routines.
