The Meadows offers quiet living and custom finishes. This is a neighborhood that people love to call home. Real Estate activity was slow in 2015, and that was mainly due to the lack of homes on the market. Inventory is still low.
Here's a look at the 2015 sold information and the current listing inventory:
- No homes sold in 2015.
- There are two active listings priced at $349,000 and 349,900.
- One listing is pending with a listed price of $318,900.

Overall the Delta County real estate market has shown major improvement from 2014 and into 2015. The end of the year statistics aren't in as of yet, but the third quarter reports are showing sales numbers well above those for 2014.
Three quarter sales figures are up 30% compared to 2014. In numbers of sales that translates to 525 sales in 2014 and 682 sales in 2015.
