Organized Garage Spaces

Very nice photos. When I move I think I will just get a trash truck to take all my stuff away in my garage 

Everything in the home should be well organized and clean, including the garage, buyer's will certainly appreciate it and be more willing to make an offer!

Good morning Bob. Organized garages are important for sure. Mine is good, these are great.

I've been in kitchens that weren't that organized Bob.....pretty cool.

That garage does have a WOW factor.  Many overlook this area of the house and it can make a huge statement.

This sometimes doesn't hit the "top 10"....probably because women are usually the decision makers..:)....David always wanted "his own garage"....ok if there was a house attached !

Hi Bob -- I remember a few years I listed a relatively small house with an incredible garage --- organization does make a difference whether you are selling or staying put.  

This is great advice for home sellers and many of us who need to organize our garage.

Those are great garages, Bob. My daughter and son-in-law actually have a garage that looks close to that; I never did, sorry to say.

Aren't those garages look amazing! But it is so rarely you see something perfect and well organized...:)
