(I'm certain there were more, just probably missed being recorded during this reporting period.....) 3 of the reported sales were closed condo/townhome Steamboat Springs real estate transactions and 1 was a commercial/industrial closed sale.
The Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors reports 94 Steamboat Springs area pending real estate sales with a list price dollar volume of $58,931,276. The average list price of pending sales is $626,928 and the median list price for Steamboat Springs pending real estate transactions is $312,000. To start the new year, there are 1431 actively listed Steamboat Springs area properties today, 708 of which are residential, 625 are land, and 98 are commercial/industrial.
