That is really cool, Pat. I love those older homes. We just worked on one from 1905 and they had the coolest parquet floors...or maybe marqetry floors. Stunning. The house had sold for $3 million.

On the surface I would like to live in a historic home but when I think of the settling cracks because of the insufficient foundations and the high utility bills it just isn't for me. I also like my 7' shower and there are not too many of those in historic homes unless they are outside. HA!
