“Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines, practiced every day.” – Jim Rohn
Turning the page into a new year causes you to step back and analyze what went well and what didn't.
I didn't have the success I thought I was going to last year and when I stepped back I realized the biggest obstical was myself.
Even though I was busy all year, the results at the end of the day were not the goals I had set. I have come to realize that the cause was my lack of consistent disciplines. There were things I was doing in 2014 that were causing great traction. Somewhere in 2015 I stopped those disciplines and then slowly this impacted my business.
As I head into the new year I'm dusting them off and getting them back in place. I need to make sure I do not get distracted.
Never take for granted the little things you do over and over that contribute to your success. Maybe it is following up with past clients, maybe it is a form of marketing, maybe it is a process for your time management. Whatever your disciplines are, stay on track.
Just thought I'd share this thought for the day. :-)
Kick butt everyone!
Tammy
