Fourth Quarter 2015 closed 18% fewer number of homes than in 2014. There has been a 44% decrease in days on market to 27 days and the average sales to list price ratio is 98% (Less than a 1% change from last year).
As of January 3, 2016 there are 7 active homes on the market in Canyon Creek which translates into one and a half month’s inventory. There are 5 pending homes on the market. It is still a seller’s market but the Canyon Creek Real Estate market is operating with a slower more controlled pace.
