Stone Ridge Mid Week Update 1/1/2016 - 1/5/2016

I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. there are currently 14 homes for sale. 2 homes new to the market; 2 traditional town homes.  2 homes received a contract; 2 traditional town homes.  2 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional town homes and 1 traditional detached homes.  There are 2 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
