Video not just for property display show and tell or the SEO if wired right. It is the first step for the out of town, never been to your area out of state, out of country buyer. They want the lay of the land, local community flavor first and foremost. Before jumping out of the plane flying over your, lots of other GPS coordinates to find the best play to live, work, play, retire, invest, Thanks for the guide. Always tweaking the site that is a work in progress to stay the best it can be.

I don't think any realtor's website will ever beat the budget's of Z, T, and R.com so I focus my website on being clean, simple, and easy to navigate. I have a simplified IDX search and my blog to keep clients interested until they reach out.

Hi Joe, thanks for the suggestions, it is important for REALTORS to have a good website.

My #1 tip is to always make sure it's a mobile responsive website. With most people utilizing smartphones and tablets to open the website, if it isn't a Responsive Web Design then I wouldn't even bother creating it.  Great tips Joel MacIntosh.

I have to work on something that shows recent solds in area. That is great tool for potential sellers. Great idea...thank you.

This severs a reiteration what people are looking for.

With MLS allows more photos it is imperative making navigate easier. Quality photos are more important than quantity. Agents often upload dups, photos not rotated correctly....
