The Harvest continues to be a highly popular neighborhood with buyers, who are attracted by the neighborhood's great SE Fort Collins location and unique features, including extensive open space, alley-loading garages, distinct architecture, and comfortable floor plans. However, available inventory has been very low for several years now. And when homes do become available, they tend to attract multiple offers and sell very quickly. There are no homes in The Harvest currently for sale, and there are 4 homes under contract and waiting to close.
