Yes, in the winter buyers who are out are serious, and it's a great time to list one's house.

By the way, I visited the Missoula/Hamilton area for the first time this past summer, and will be out there again in March - although this time the plan is to go north. Missoula is such a beautiful area.

Diane, love this, and have to agree totally!   We are snowing AGAIN today, only 25, and has been for the last couple of months.  We have little inventory for buyers to view with many qualified buyers looking for a home.
