What Is KWKLY?
KWKLY is a text-to-lead service where consumers can text a unique code like "homeprice" to a short number (59559) and immediately receive property information about any home in the area that is currently for sale. The service is integrated with the MLS, so you use the same code for every listing and we determine which property they want info on based on the consumers GPS location.
For offices, KWKLY can determine who the listing agent is for each inquiry and route leads to the appropriate person so that an entire office can use the same KWKLY account, and each agent will receive inquiries on their own listings.
How is KWKLY used?
As a marketing tool, KWKLY can be used in a variety of ways. Some of the ways current customers are using the tool include adding their text code to:

As an example, instead of putting out 50 flyers in a flyer box and having no idea where they all went, KWKLY allows you to hang a sign rider, directing someone who wants information on the home to text a certain word (you pick your own word or phrase) to 59559. KWKLY then immediately sends them back information about the property they are standing in front of. It also allows them to text the address for any other property in the MLS to that same number and get info on those other properties as well. And the best part, now you know the phone number of the person making an inquiry on your property, essentially generating a prospect (or the more dirty version of the same word, "lead") for your business.
Or for your next 'Just Listed' postcard campaign, here's an idea. Instead of directing recipients of your postcard to a webpage as a call to action, where you might not know who visited, you can instead add your KWKLY text code and direct folks to text the code to 59559, allowing them to get complete property details and see all the photos. And, KWKLY let's you know who showed an interest in your newly listed property.
