2. How long are homes like this in the area on the market for?
3. How long has this home been on the market?
4. Has there been a lot of traffic through?
5. Has there been a lot activity in the area? Example: Open houses, solds, pendings, new listings.
6. What is the average list to sale price for homes in this area?
7. What sets this home apart from others in the area?
These questions should help you get all the information you will need to be informed about the local real estate market; specifically in the neighborhood your open house is in.
