At Soho Condo, the common areas are clean and the complex is secure as every entrance to the building is gated and requires keyed access. Garbage, water and sewer are included in the HOA dues, as well as building maintenance and earthquake insurance. The monthly dues vary based on the size of the unit.  Each home includes a storage locker. An interesting item on note for investors is, according to the HOA, there is no rental cap.
