As a real estate agent working in Owasso, Tulsa, and surrounding areas, I'm always looking for local designers that offer exceptional services for my clients. Lea Henley is a successful seamstress, whom I've worked with, who is recognized for her creative talents. She offers a variety of interior design services in Owasso, Tulsa, and surrounding areas.
Lea has been working out of her smoke-free home in Owasso for the past 14 years . Her collections include a large variety of window treatments, bedding, pillows, table runners, and seat cushions. When I interviewed Lea she said, "Although Tulsa is a big city, in the Tulsa metro area there are only four work rooms." She is a self-taught home seamstress who learned how to sew by going through scraps of fabric.
Lea's work has been included in Better Homes and Gardens 2008 Magazine featuring a Kitchen Remodel to a Home in Midtown Tulsa. Lea said she had a lot of fun working on this project because it involved a Tulsa Showcase Home where all the money raised from these efforts went to support Tulsa Public Schools.
As a mother of five, Lea has a very busy life. She says the reason she decided to focus on interior design is because she can use her creativity to manufacture unique designs for her clients at her own pace, from home, and still be an active mom to all of her kids.
Lea enjoys helping people find great fabric at a great price. Her prices fall in the medium range. Here are a few pictures of her work. In these pictures she worked with designers to create the bedding, pillows, and window treatments. Please give her a call for a free estimate 918-521-5857
